Upon acceptance, you'll receive an email with enrollment instructions and payment details. Complete your tuition payment to confirm your enrollment. We accept GCash, Maya, bank transfer, and major credit/debit cards.
Once payment is confirmed, your student account is activated. You'll receive your login credentials by email. Log in to your Student Portal and begin your first lesson — your digital campus is ready.

Valierioncore Training Center ("Valierioncore," "we," "us," or "our") is a financial education institution headquartered in Makati City, Philippines, serving students and professionals worldwide. Certain information — your name, program completed, certificate ID, and issue date — becomes part of our public Certificate Verification system once you graduate, so that employers and third parties can confirm the authenticity of your credential. We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share information with: service providers who help us operate the platform (e.g. payment processors, hosting providers), legal or regulatory authorities when required by law, and successors in the event of a business transfer, restructuring, or acquisition. Valierioncore Training Center is a financial education institution headquartered in Makati City, Philippines, offering structured certificate programs to students and professionals worldwide.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to apply for or enroll in a Valierioncore program. By applying, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
Valierioncore provides structured, self-paced financial education programs and issues professional certificates upon successful completion of required modules, assessments, and capstone projects. Our programs are educational in nature. We are not a financial advisory firm, brokerage, or signal-providing service, and nothing on this Platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Completion of a Valierioncore program does not guarantee any specific financial outcome, employment outcome, or investment result.
Enrollment in a program requires submission of an application and, where applicable, payment of the applicable program fee. Pricing displayed on the Platform is subject to change and will be confirmed at the time of enrollment. Payment terms, refund eligibility, and cancellation policies will be communicated at the point of enrollment and may vary by program.
If you are issued login credentials for the Student, Alumni, or Admin Portal, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activities under your account. Students are expected to complete assessments, assignments, and capstone projects honestly and independently unless collaborative work is explicitly permitted. Valierioncore reserves the right to revoke a certificate, suspend, or terminate a student's enrollment in cases of academic dishonesty, fraud, or misrepresentation.
Certificates issued by Valierioncore are numbered and verifiable through our public Certificate Verification portal. Valierioncore reserves the right to revoke or invalidate a certificate found to have been issued in error, obtained fraudulently, or in violation of these Terms. Certificate holders are responsible for the accurate and honest representation of their credential to third parties.
All content on the Platform — including course materials, curriculum, branding, logos, design, and the Valierioncore name — is the property of Valierioncore Training Center or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our course materials or branding without prior written permission.
You agree not to: use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or its systems, interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation, misrepresent your identity or qualifications, or share your account access with others.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Valierioncore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of income, investment losses, or business interruption. The Platform and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform, including revoking enrollment, at our discretion in cases of violation of these Terms, non-payment, or conduct that we determine to be harmful to Valierioncore, its students, or its reputation.

By using the Platform from outside the Philippines, you are responsible for compliance with your local laws regarding online education, financial education content, and any applicable import or consumer protection regulations.
